Hows it work?

• Live Demo

We start the day off with an Ice-Breaker which is a live demonstration(s), coffee, and a snack to get our juices flowing.  The collaboration and conversation between stylists that don't normally work together kicks in when we are in our natural environment (Behind-the-Chair). 

• Round Table Discussion

The conversation segues into a round table discussion which includes cutting and coloring challenges, consultation book building, over all stylist wellness, and daily conflict resolution throughout the day.  Additional discussion topics could include hiring, firing, training, leadership, business models and the future of the industry as it pertains to the attendees. This information is relevant to Hairstylists of ALL levels. 

• Hands-on Small Groups

Finally, attendees are broken into dynamic groups to tackle various BTC challenges relevant to the Round-Table Discussion.
